Luxury Town Homes
Our 39 magnificent Town Homes are located on one crescent shaped street. Many back onto the Little Beaver River and the trees along its bank. Most of these homes have walk out basements for easy access to a very private retreat at your back door. The balance of our Town Homes back onto the private grounds surrounding the owners only club house facilities just a few steps from your back door.
Our Town Homes range in size from 1,812 - 2,447 square feet. There are several models that include double garages, main floor master bedroom, walk out basements and end units have an extra side entrance for your convenience. Several of our models are available with open concept finishing for your discerning taste.
