Luxury Garden Suites

Our 48 luxury Garden Suites are located in two three-floor lodge buildings with a magnificent entrance lobby to receive your guests. There are only 8 suites per floor and they range from 1,007 - 1,476 square feet in size. Each suite has access to an underground parking space with a spacious adjacent storage room. An elevator offers convenience and accessibility to your home.

All of our Garden Suites are completed to a higher standard that includes gracious designer features and luxury finishes normally available as additional cost or upgrades elsewhere. The following are just some of the standard features included in your Garden Suite.

Our Garden Suite Condominium buildings are built using the latest state-of-art building materials. The primary goal was to provide comfort to our new home owners by using construction materials and construction methods that maximized energy efficiency, sound resistance and fire resistance.

NUDURA allowed us to achieve these goals and eliminate dry wall pops at the same time. All exterior load-bearing walls above grade are built with 6 inch forms and all below grade walls are 8 inch formed walls.
