Fine designer features and finishes are included throughout the finely appointed Garden Suites and Town Homes. Standard features include Jacuzzi tubs, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, upgraded Moen faucets and plumbing fixtures, fireplaces, ceramic, marble and granite tiles as well as hardwood flooring. Most Garden Suites have nine-foot ceilings as do the Town Homes.

Although no upgrades are necessary, you may select from a wide range of finishing options and upgrades from cabinetry, ceramic tiles, marble and granite tiles, carpeting, hardwood flooring, plumbing fixtures, mouldings and luxury appointments that will make your home uniquely yours.
